Srinagar 22 June (KNB): The Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday established five numbers for the general public for the purpose of reaching out to Administrative Secretaries and other officers via registration of their requests.
Govt said in its order lying with Kashmir News Bureau said that “General public is hereby informed that the Government has established a system for reaching out to the Administrative Secretaries and other officers of the departments through registration of requests by a team of dedicated officials allocated for this purpose.”
It added that five dedicated telephone numbers have been installed, on which people can call for registration of their requests between 10 A.M to 5.00 P.M on each working day.
“Registered requests shall be taken up with the concerned Administrative Secretaries through this Helpline,” read the order.
