JAMMU, MARCH 26(KNB): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today conferred the “Lieutenant Governor’s Unit Citation” to the Fifth Battalion of the Jammu & Kashmir Light Infantry (Ashok Chakra Bn).
