Budgam, Aug 09 (KNB): BJP leader was injured after suspected militants on Sunday morning attack in Ompora area of Central’s Kashmir’s Budgam district.
According to reports reached to Kashmir News Bureau, Abdul Hamid Najar son of Late Mohammad Jammal Najar resident of Ompora Mehendipora was injured in suspected militants attack.
He was shot near Ompora Railway leaving him injured and was later shifted to SMHS Srinagar for treatment.
Najar is affiliated with BJP, he said adding that whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers
