Srinagar, Dec 11(KNB): The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Thursday seized more than one kanal of land belonging to a Hizbul Mujahideen operative in Behota village of Doda district.
According to an official statement, the property—owned by Zahid Hussain, son of Abdul Karim Wani, and wanted in FIR No. 03/2022 of Police Station JIC Jammu—was attached following court orders.
The operation was carried out in the presence of revenue officials and independent witnesses. The SIA identified 1 kanal and 16¼ marlas as the ancestral share of the accused. A notice board announcing the attachment under Section 83 of the CrPC was installed on-site, with the entire procedure photographed and officially documented—(KNB)
