Srinagar, Jan 29 (KNB): Noted scholar and President of his faction of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian Hujatul Islam Aga Syed Muhammad Fazullah Al-Mousvi Al- Safvi passed away on Monday after prolonged illness.
Aga Syed Fazlullah was son of Ayatullah Aga Syed Yousuf Al-Mousvi Al- Safvi of Budgam who was the founder of Anjuman-e-Sharian Shian.
Several Socio-political organization heads including Mirwaiz Umar Farooq (Hurriyat Chairman), Moulana Abbas Ansari (Shia Cleric), National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah, State Congress President G A Mir and others have expressed grief and sorrow over his demise. (KNB)
