Anantnag 29 November (KNB): The District Election Officer Anantnag today directed the Polling staff deployed for Phase II DDC Elections and Panchayat Bye Elections to report positively at Government Degree College Uttersoo on 30 November 2020 at 09:30 AM.
Statement issued to Kashmir News Bureau said that In Phase II, polling will be held on 01 December 2020 for Shangus DDC seat (comprising of Shangus and Chittergul blocks) and for the Sarpanch and Panch vacancies in these two blocks.
It read, “The poll material will be distributed at Distribution Centre GDC Uttersoo on 30 November 2020 among the Polling parties.As per Election Office Anantnag, the polling parties will be dispatched from the Distribution Centre at 10:00 AM on November 30.”
All the arrangements have been put in place for the smooth conduct of Phase II Elections in the district, officials stated. (KNB)
