Anantnag – July 27(KNB): In a horrific road accident on the Sinthan-Kokernag route eight persons, including a policeman and five children died.
According to Suheel Ahmad Lone, Sub District Magistrate (SDM) of Kokarnag, the victims were traveling in a vehicle from Madwa Kishtwar when the accident occurred near Arashan Daksum. The deceased include a policeman, five children, and two women.
The postmortem procedures are currently underway at the Sub District Hospital (SDH) in Kokarnag, he said.(KNB)
