Srinagar 21 November (KNB): Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested two Jash-e-Mohammad militant associates in Tral and Pampore area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
The police officials stated that two militant associates of Jaish-e-Mohammad outfir were arrested from Tral and Pampore area.
Adding that these associates were involved in providing shelter, support, logistics as well as transporting arms/ ammunition of the militants in Pampore & Tral area.
Officials added that the arrested associates were passing sensitive information to the militants of outfit JeM as well.
The arrested militant associates have been identified as Bilal Ahmad Chopan resident of Wagad Tral and Mursaleen Bashir Sheikh resident of Chatlam Pampore, officials stated
Incriminating material has been recovered from both the arrested persons and case F.I.R number 96/2020 and 90/2020, stands registered against the arrested persons in Police Station Tral and Police Station Pampore respectively, under relevant sections of the law, officials stated. (KNB)
