National Conference workers hold meeting inside the premises of Shrine

Srinagar, Mar 21 (KNB): The National Conference on Wednesday reportedly held workers meet inside a sacred shrine in Old City Srinagar during which besides party affairs a number of issues pertaining to the party were discussed in details. Interestingly, the meeting inside the shine lambasted the PDP BJP government over its “interference in religious issues.”
Kashmir News Bureau learnt from eye witnesses that MLA Khanyar constituency Ali Muhammad Sagar Wednesday during his visit to the interiors of Old City Srinagar amid high security visited the several shirnes of the area including Bul Bul Sahib Shrine and Hazrat Syed Muhammad Amin Owaisi (RA) shine wherein he addressed the party workers in meager numbers.
Addressing the workers inside the shrine, Sagar while taking a dig on ruling party Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for organizing a seminar at old Srinagar’s Khaniyar area said it was just eyewash, as PDP since its inception in 2012 is on agenda to turn Srinagar into ruins.
Continuing his back to back attacks on PDP, Sagar said that PDP introduced ‘Curfew Culture’ in Srinagar, adding, people can never forget the imposition of Curfew on the occasion of Eid and last Friday of Ramadan.(KNB)
