Srinagar 13 July (KNB): All J&K MGNREGA Employees Association today decided to extend their ongoing strike in support of their demands and warned that strike shall be continued till Tuesday (July 17) in all District of J&K state.
This was disclosed by Chairman of the MGNREGA Employees Association Syed Jaffer here today. He said that “protest call will be continued till July 17 as our demands still not ful filled, till date no decision have been taken in our favour.
“Many times government assured us about absorption in Rdd and PR but no result yet. In Decemeber 2017, committee was constituted but no report submitted yet”, He said.
While requesting employees to observe peaceful protest at District headquarters on Saturday, Sunday and participate in the Mega protest at press colony Srinagar on Monday.
In last the employees requested the Honb’le Governor N.N Vohra to save the future of thousands of youth who are highly qualified and experienced in Rdd &PR. (KNB)
