Srinagar, 20 February (KNB): In Srinagar today, the Kashmir Advocate’s Association fervently observed the World Day of Social Justice with determination. Held on February 20, 2024, the event provided a platform for legal luminaries and activists to unite in solidarity and advocate for social justice principles within the community.
According to the statement issued to KNB, The chief guest for the occasion was Mr. Abdul Rashid Malik, the Additional Advocate General of the J&K&L High Court Srinagar Wing. In his address, he emphasized the importance of advancing social justice and ensuring equal access to legal remedies for all individuals.
Advocates from across the region echoed a collective determination to uphold principles of fairness and equality. Through meaningful dialogue and reflection, participants highlighted the imperative of collective action in addressing systemic inequalities and fostering inclusivity.
