Srinagar, 19 April (KNB): In a notable move for the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference, over 70 families from Budgam Constituency were warmly welcomed as they joined the party at its headquarters in Church Lane, Sonwar Srinagar. Led by Haji Ghulam Nabi, this influx of new members was met with enthusiasm by the party leadership, including President Sajad Gani Lone and General Secretary Mohammad Ashraf Mir.
In a handout Issued to KNB stated that in his address, Lone highlighted the significance of this joining while emphasizing it as a notable shift and a strong infusion of support for the party.
“Our vision for Jammu and Kashmir is one of inclusivity and prosperity for all. Every citizen has a crucial role to play in shaping the future of our region. The participation of these families from Budgam Constituency is a testament to our collective commitment towards ushering an era of progress and development in J&K,” he said.
