Srinagar 9 April (KNB): The injured territorial army man who was attacked by some unknown gunman in South Kashmir’s Bijbehara dies.
The army man was fired upon in the Bijbehara by some gunman who later fled from the spot of the incident.
However, the injured was later taken to the district hospital for treatment, where he was declared dead by doctors on the arrival, said an official.
The deceased was identified as Salim Akhoon who was rendered critically injured in the attack.
Following the attack, forces sealed off the area and tried to nab the gunman involved in the attack. (KNB)
