Srinagar 05 November (KNB): India has reported 12,729 new cases of Covid19, with 221 covid fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,37,24,959 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 12,165 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 1,48,922, which constitutes 0.43 percent of the total cases, lowest since March 2020,” said the MoHFW.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 1.90 percent, a figure less than two percent for the last 32 days. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 1.25 percent, which is less than two percent for the last 42 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 107.70 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and 61.30 Cr total tests have been conducted so far throughout the country. (KNB)
