Ganderbal 13 Jan(KNB): Prime Minister Narendra Modi reassured Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah that he intends to keep his promises, including the restoration of statehood.
During the inaugural ceremony of the Z-Morh Tunnel in Central Kashmir, PM Modi stated, “I am Modi and I keep the promises I make. All the commitments that have been made will be fulfilled.”
This statement comes after Omar Abdullah praised PM Modi for fulfilling two key promises: bridging the ‘Delhi ki Doori’ and holding Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
However, Abdullah also reminded PM Modi that the promise of restoring statehood remains unfulfilled, expressing confidence that it will be fulfilled soon.(KNB)
