Highway Ban: Government reviews the ban order

Srinagar, May 10(KNB): The state of Jammu and Kashmir reviewed the order of the civilian traffic ban on national highway, and issued a new regulation for traffic citing that the restrictions for the civilian traffic be between the Srinagar and Udhampur on national highway would be for once a week viz Sunday.

The order states in consequences of the review undertaken on real time basis with regulation of the civilian movement in terms of the govt order No 353-Home (ISA) of 2019 dated 03-04-2019.it is hereby ordered that hence forth the restrictions on civilian traffic movement between Srinagar and Udhampur on national highway would be for one day a week viz Sunday. (KNB)
