Jammu, Jan 15 (KNB): Minister for Horticulture, Syed Basharat Ahmad Bukhari on behalf of the Minister for Education, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari today in the Legislative Assembly introduced “A Bill to amend to provide for the establishment and constitution of State Higher Education Council for Enforcing, Planning, Monitoring, Evolution and Quality Assurance in Universities and other Higher Education Institutions of the State and for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto (L. A Bill No 1 of 2018)” already published in an extraordinary issue of the Government Gazette. (KNB)
