Gulmarg 22 August(KNB): The Gulmarg Development Authority on Saturday sealed Hiltop Hotel at north Kashmir’s famous tourist destination Gulmarg for carrying out illegal construction and misusing the court orders.
As per the official sources, on the direction of CEO, the team of GDA and revenue department sealed the famous hotel of Gulmarg Hilltop.
Earlier, Gulmarg Development Authority had warned the hoteliers for illegal construction or misusing of court orders in Gulamrg.
Talking to Kashmir News Bureau, Gulmarg Development Authority Law Officer Aijaz Ahmad said, “
Today we have sealed Hotel Hiltop on the directions of CEO Gulmarg, as FIR was already registered against the hotelier of Hiltop Hotel on August 7 in police station Gulmarg, the accused had bought a court order and wanted to misuse the same to carry out illegal activities and constructions which can’t be tolerated at any cost,
“We want to inform all hoteliers and general public that no illegal construction or diviation in the structure will be tolerated and action under law will be taken against violators,” He said.(KNB)
