Srinagar 09 September (KNB): A fire broke out on Thursday morning in a shopping complex in Central Kashmir’s Soura area in which at least three shops got damaged.
As per an official, the fire had started in a shopping complex in the Soura area, and the complex had structures on either side of it, prompting the firefighters to put in all their efforts to put out the fire.
However, after the breaking out of the fire, fire fighters reached the spot of the incident and later engaged in dousing the fire.
During the incident, the fire damaged bakery shop, mobile shop and a barber shop.
In the incident, there was no casualty reported and the cause behind the fire remains to be known, as per the official.
The fire came after the one in Srinagar’s Khanyar area in which a Mosque, Madrasa and other dwellings were damaged. (KNB)
