Favouritism ruling roost in PDP era , blue eyed getting job  through Khadi board

SRINAGAR 27 Jan 2018 (KNB):In brazen violation of set norms , the PDP is all  set to grant a “gazetted-cadre” job to one of the PDP “workers” through Khadi and Village Industries Board and also grant others job in same board via undue influence rather than merit.
The additional notifications and trespassing the due dates has raised alarm bells among meritorious candidates on that all is not well with the Khadi village Industries Board with reference to recruitments. Even merit of shortlisted candidates was not published.
Highly placed sources told Kashmir news bureau that party worker, who presently works as a media analyst in the state government at a consolidated salary had applied for a job opening in the Khadi and Village Industries Board as he wanted to be gazette officer at an earliest. The board had advertised some posts a few months back.
Sources said actually a few such jobs were created to absorb the influential.
Not only this the names of son of senior PDP leader Sartaj Madni and Nephew of Minister Nayeem Akther figure in the evident messy list .
Additionally it is learnt that this worker has managed to fetch “ashirwad” of a top PDP minister who is understood to have told Vice Chairman of the Khadi and Village Industries Board the Peerzada Mansoor Hussain to “take care of our man.”
In another weird development another notification was issued to accommodate the blue eyed beyond the given date .
Sources said while the interviews were recently held, little or no attention is being paid toward the merit of applicants.
Official sources said the recruitment list has almost been finalized allegedly on the basis of “sheer influence.” “The list as prepared for now is grossly fraud, and we cannot bear so much of favoritism that party workers are being absorbed as gazetted officers only for their political affiliations,” said a senior official in the department.
This incorrupt attitude of PDP big wigs is killing the efficiency of crucial departments like Khadi welfare.
But the Khadi officials are said to be unhappy over these fraud procedures adopted (KNB)
