Kulgam 26 Sep(KNB): An Encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Batpura area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Monday.
According to reports reaching to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that, on a specific input about the presence of militants in the area of Batpura of Kulgam district, security forces launched a cordon and search operation, however, Hiding militants fired upon the searching party which was retaliated and turned into an encounter.
Meanwhile, All exit and entry points has been sealed. (KNB)
