Srinagar 06 August (KNB): An encounter started between militants and security forces in Thanamandi area of Jammu’s Rajouri district on Friday late morning, said police.
The encounter started after a cordon and search operation was carried out by a joint team of police and army in Thanamandi area of Rajouri, as per police.
Police in this regard said that the contact with militants has been established at Thanamandi Rajouri and Police, Army are on the spot.
