Jammu 04 October (KNB): In a very shocking news, DGP Prisons and senior IPS officer Hemant Kumar Lohia was found dead in a house at Udhyawala area of Jammu district.
According to reports reaching to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that his throat was slit and found some burn marks.
They said, Police suspects a helper of his house who is missing from the house.(KNB)
