Srinagar 24 September (KNB): Three criminals were killed in a shootout in a Rohini court in India’s capital Delhi on Friday after two criminals among the slain opened fire on a gangster in the court’s premises, as per police.
The incident took place inside Rohini court when a gangster, Jitender Mann Gogi, was being taken for hearing during which two assailants wearing lawyers’ attire fired upon Gogi. The attack was retaliated by the police, triggering a shootout in which both the assailants were killed.
During the shootout, Gangster Jitender Mann Gogi was also killed after being fired upon by the two assailants, stated the police.
Delhi police have said that among both slain assailants, one was having a 50,000 Rupees bounty on his head.
However, in the shootout, the police have said that at least three people have also been injured. (KNB)
