Baramulla, June 10, (KNB): A delegation from the Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Association (JKTA) led by District President JKTA Baramulla Altaf Hussain Bhat, alongside Ishfaq Ahmad Shah, Provincial President; Rafreq Ahmad Lone, Patron; Avtar Kishan, Spokesperson; Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, Vice President; Farooq Hussain Dar, Secretary; Sameer Ah Khan and other members, met with Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Minga Sherpa (IAS) in his office chamber.
In a statement issued to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB stated, The delegation commended the Deputy Commissioner for his diligent efforts and tireless work in successfully conducting the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections for the Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency as the Returning Officer.
In addition, the delegation met with Chief Education Officer Baramulla Shabir Ahmad Khan, acknowledging his outstanding contributions and efforts as the “SVEEP” District Nodal Officer during the election.
Both the officers were presented with certificates of appreciation by the delegation in recognition of their significant roles and dedication in ensuring the smooth conduct of the parliamentary elections.-KNB
