Kathua, Feb 10(KNB): A 26-year-old Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the Hiranagar area of Kathua district on Tuesday, officials said.
The deceased has been identified as Prabhu Nath. According to officials, he was initially taken to Government Hospital Ghagwal and later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Kathua, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and ordered a probe to determine the exact cause of death.
