Srinagar 30 August (KNB): India has reported 42,909 new cases of Covid19 and 380 covid fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,19,23,405 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 34,763 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 3,76,324, which constitutes 1.15 percent of total cases in India,” said the Health Ministry.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 3.02 percent, less than 3.02 percent. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 2.41 percent, which is less than 3% for the last 66 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 63.43 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and 52.01 Cr total tests conducted so far. (KNB)
