Srinagar 08 September (KNB): India has reported 37,875 new cases of Covid19 and 369 covid fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,22,64,051 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 39,114 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 3,91,256 which constitutes 1.18 percent of total cases in India,” said the Health Ministry.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 2.16 percent, less than 3 percent for the last 9 days. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 2.49 percent, which is less than 3% for the last 75 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 70.75 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
However, 53.49 Cr total tests have been conducted so far in India, it added. (KNB)
