Srinagar 06 July (KNB): India has reported 34,703 new cases of Covid19 and 553 fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
As per the ministry, a total of 2,97,52,294 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 51,864 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country has declined to 4,64,357 and Recovery Rate has increased to 97.17 percent,” said the Health Ministry.
It further said that the daily recoveries continue to outnumber the daily new cases for the 54rd consecutive day,” it added that the daily positivity rate at 2.11 percent, which is less than 3 percent for 15 consecutive days.
The ministry further said 35.75 Cr vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and testing capacity substantially ramped up with 42.14 Cr. tests total conducted. (KNB)
