Construction of roads kick starts in Rafiabad, locals hailed MLA

Baramulla, Jan 10 (KNB): On the directions of MLA Rafiabad  Yawer Dilawer Mir the widening and construction work of various roads from Rohama to Panzlla , Sialkote to Braman and from Braman to Rohama which also connects other villages has been started on priority basis in Rafiabad.

The works will be executed under the supervision of PWD (R&B) at an estimated cost of around Rs 2 Crore.
While talking to Correspondent Mir Arif the MLA Rafiabad Mr Yawer Dilawer Mir said that this was the long pending demand of the locals, so he took it up on priority so that residents of the area should not face any problem pertaining to development in their areas.

The MLA said, “he is committed to provide all basic amenities to the people of his constituency including drinking water, road connectivity, electricity, health, drainage system and education”.

He also told that a comprehensive plan has been formulated for up-gradation and expansion of basic facilities to provide all infrastructural facilities to the people of his Constituency. He sought cooperation of the people in implementing the development programmes on ground level.

The residents of the area while talking to Kashmir News Bureau thanked MLA for completing their long pending demand on priority.

The residents of various villages while expressing their gratitude to MLA Rafiabad said that the decision would go a long way in the focused socio-economic development of the Constituency and its inhabitants who were otherwise neglected. (KNB)
