Baramulla(KNB):Acting on a tip off about the presence of militants in the area a cordon and search operation was launched in Renan village in Qaziabad of North Kashmir’s Baramulla District.
Official sources said that 32 RR of Indian Army launched a cordon and search operation in the late evening hours in Renan village in north Kashmir’s Qaziabad after an input about the presence and movement of militants in the area.
The search operation continued for hours while no contact was established with militants during the CASO.
Meanwhile officials in Army confirmed to Kashmir News Bureau that search operation was called off peacefully as no militant was found in the area.(KNB)
