Srinagar, May 11 (KNB): Begging is a serious issue in our part of the world with our society feeling no respite from same. In an optimistic development, the renowned career and Skill development institution Career Park Trust has initiated a fully fledged drive to give skill development tips and education to beggars.
In their drive they have also included the deprived and most vulnerable orphans too.
In this regard, they have started training the beggars, orphans at Delhi in different skills and now they will have same in Kashmir.
Jaffar Allie, Head Career Park Trust stated -“We have started to give deprived sections a hope and give the beggar community a reason to live in a dignified manner and have started in this context skill development initiatives for beggars in Delhi and will have soon the same programme in Kashmir as begging that too uncontrollable has become menace for the people and authorities of Kashmir. We are also trying to cater to the skill development and education needs of orphans as they face lot of tough situations. We hope effective cooperation from all stakeholders in this regard.”
With begging assuming menacing proportions for people in Kashmir the idea of skill development for beggars by the Career Park Trust seems a viable initiative for the overall paradigms of the society. (KNB)
