Baramulla 16 September(KNB): Spark Minda Foundation with the collaboration of Indian Army”s Pir panjal Brigade, inaugurated 8 days Free Artificial Limb Fitment Camp in Boniyar area of Baramulla district.
The camp aims to treat more than 300 persons with Disability in 8 days.The camp is providing end to end support in limb fitment, Caliper fitment, providing walkers,elbow crutches, etc all in same day and as per requirement whic is absolutely free of cost.
The activity is part of ‘Siksham’- a CSR program started by Spark Minda, Ashok Minda Group to help persons with Disabilities, under saksham.
While talking to Kashmir News Bureau at the inaugural function of Artificial Limb Fitment program, Commander pir panjal brigade said,”we are extremely happy to set up this camp aimed at the physical and socio economic rehabilitation of the persons with disability, especially the resource less, so they can lead a life of dignity and become productive and sustained members of the community.
The group head of CSR, Spark Minda group told that they are grateful for pir panjal Brigade for giving them apportunity for serving the deserving people, especially the peoplewith disability.(KNB)
