RAMBAN, JANUARY 28(KNB): Indian Army, in collaboration with New Convent Institute (NCI) Maitra, Ramban organized a cultural event as a part of 74th Republic Day celebrations at the campus of host institutions.
Meanwhile, a debate competition on the topic ‘Role of Indian Army’ was also organized in which both boys and girls students participated.
Presenting the colourful cultural programmes, students disseminated messages of peace and brotherhood among the gathering, besides enthralling the audience.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the Host School, Mudasar Loan and Teacher Mr. Javed highlighted the significance of Republic Day and constitution of India. They asked students to fulfill all fundamental duties besides availing the rights which have been provided by the world best constitution of India.
He also thanked the Indian Army for organizing such events for the students from time to time which help to develop the overall personality of youth.
Later, participants were awarded for their outstanding performances by the Army and school management.(KNB)
