Srinagar, April 03 (KNB): The Army’s Drug De-addiction Centre, Baramulla organised a seminar on ill effects of drugs and de-addiction at the College School, Banglow Bagh, Old Town, Baramulla which was aimed at the adolescent students who are not aware of the terminal effects of Drug addiction.
Drug De-Addiction Centre, Baramulla, has been working relentlessly in spreading awareness among the locals about the ill effects of Drugs on personal health and society. Drug De-addiction centre further assists the addicts in getting out of this dreadful ailment.
Psychological counsellors from the Drug De-addiction Centre, Baramulla started the seminar with the introduction to Drug addiction followed by its causes and ways to get out of it. More than 100 students along with the Principal and faculty attended the seminar.
At the end, various queries of the audience were answered by the counsellors. The Seminar and relentless efforts of the Army behind it were appreciated by one and all. (KNB)
