Srinagar, October 16 (KNB): The Rouble Nagi Art Foundation (RNAF) on Friday organised a blanket distribution drive at Sheikh Hamza Marriage Hall in Downtown Srinagar to extend support to vulnerable individuals and families ahead of the winter season.
The initiative was aimed at providing essential winter relief to those in need, with over 150 women participating in the programme.
Smt. Rouble Nagi, Founder of the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation, led the initiative, which focused on extending warmth and assistance to community members facing difficulties during the colder months.
The drive forms part of the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support underserved communities through humanitarian initiatives and community-centred interventions.
Through the distribution of blankets, the Foundation sought to ensure that essential winter supplies reach those in need while promoting compassion, dignity and social responsibility.
The initiative also reflects the Foundation’s broader commitment to community welfare and inclusive social development, particularly for vulnerable sections of society during challenging weather conditions.(KNB)
