Jammu 10 Jan(KNB): A pigeon bearing Pakistani identification codes was found in the Akhnoor area of Jammu on Saturday.
According to sources, the pigeon had markings and codes written on its body, reportedly indicating a Pakistani origin. After the bird was spotted, locals informed the authorities, following which security agencies took cognisance of the matter.
The pigeon has been seized for further examination to ascertain its origin and purpose. An investigation has been initiated, and more details are awaited.(KNB)
