Anantnag 07 Dec(KNB): The book “Rashaat” was formally released on the first death anniversary of Abu Tariq Ghulam Nabi Mir at the Auditorium of Govt. Model Higher Secondary School, Dooru. The event, presided over by Mufti-e-Aazam J&K Nosir-ul-Islam, was attended by scholars, religious leaders, academicians, social activists, and civil society members.
Speakers paid rich tributes to the late scholar, highlighting his profound religious, academic, and social contributions. They described Rashaat as a valuable intellectual work that beautifully captures the history, culture, and spiritual essence of Dooru–Shahabad, reflecting the author’s deep love for his homeland.
The programme concluded with special prayers for the departed soul and a collective message of unity, knowledge, and social reform.(KNB)
