Srinagar 27 Oct(KNB): MLA Bijbehara Dr. Bashir Ahmad Veeri was released after being detained at Srinagar Airport when live ammunition was found in his baggage.
However, it’s been reported that he was let go after producing the license for his pistol, according to sources.
This development comes after Veeri, who won the Bijbehara constituency was initially stopped during a routine security check.(KNB)
