Kulgam 29 Sep(KNB): An encounter between security forces and militants has commenced in the Adigam Devsar area of Kulgam district.
According to initial reports reached to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that, police and army have cordoned off the area and are currently engaging the militants.
The operation is ongoing, and further details are awaited.(KNB)
