Hanjiwara, August 5(KNB): The Hanjiwara-Khor Road has become a nightmare for residents and commuters alike, with its deplorable condition causing damage to vehicles and making pedestrian movement hazardous, especially during rainfall.
Residents expressed their frustration to Kashmir News Bureau, stating that the poor road conditions have resulted in significant damage to their vehicles. “Even a slight rain makes it difficult for us to walk on the road,” said one resident.
When contacted for comment, the Chief Engineer of PMGSY claimed to be in a meeting and was unable to address the issue.
The neglect of the Hanjiwara-Khor Road has raised concerns about the lack of attention to infrastructure development in the region. Residents demand immediate action to repair and maintain the road, ensuring safe and accessible transportation for all.(KNB)
