Poonch 04 May(KNB): Three Indian Air Force personnel sustained injuries after their convoy was targeted by terrorists in the Surankote area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, sources said.
According to reports reaching to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that the incident marks the first significant attack on the armed forces in the region this year, following a string of terror assaults on the army in the preceding year.
Additional forces have been rushed to the area, and further information is awaited.(KNB)
