Srinagar 03 May(KNB): The police on Friday arrested a teacher of Govt Middle School Khoja Bagah Tailbal for allegedly molesting a 12-year-old girl.
Officials told news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that a Government teacher namely Reyaz Ahmad Bhat of Dangerpora Tailbal was arrested for allegedly molesting a girl (name withheld).
The incident came to light that a group of students held protest at Government Middle school Khoja Bagh Talibal against the Govt teacher for sexually harrasment to a minor girl.
The Case was registered under section 354 A(sexual harassment) of IPC, FIR no 17/2024 and 10 of the POCSO Act.(KNB)
