Srinagar 01 Sep(KNB): Gazanfar Ali, who recently joined Congress party called upon Congress President Viqar Rasool in Jammu and discussed various people related issues.
The meeting was held in Jammu. Gazanfar Ali and President Congress J&K Vikar Rasool discussed the issues and how they impact lives of common people and party’s people centric work. Including various things that came up in the discussion, and deliberated upon was ULB and Panchayat elections.
They had a thread bare discussion over strengthening party at grass root level.
Issue of Dal Dwellers including their economic welfare and their rehabilitation was also among the important part of the deliberations. The leaders had took keen interest in the ongoing situation and stress faced by people due to various economic and political reasons. They said that Congress party will strive and always remain a people centric party.
Gazanfar Ali, appreciated the concern shown by Viqar Rasool that it’s imperative upon Congress leadership to keep working for the betterment of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
It is pertinent to mention Gazanfar Ali, recently joined Congress and took upon himself that he will put all his efforts to further Congress’s people centric vision that according to Ali is the only feasible and soothing way forward for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.(KNB)
