Srinagar 18 February (KNB): Engineer Nazir Ahmad Pampori, a prominent scholar, Islamic preacher, writer and orator, died on Friday at his residence in Pampore.
Nazir Ahmad Pampori, an engineer by profession, was known for his Islamic preaching and delivering guest lectures on varied topics at different educational institutions of the valley.
Pampori died after remaining ill for some time. His death has been mourned by several eminent social and religious personalities across Kashmir. (KNB)
