Srinagar 22 November (KNB): National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday carried out raids on the house and office of a prominent Human Rights Activist, Khurram Parvaiz, in Srinagar.
As per sources, the NIA on the early morning today carried out raids along with paramilitary forces and police on the residence of Parvaiz here at Sonwar and at the same time scoured his office at Amira Kadal, Srinagar.
The raids from NIA are not unusual things to be seen from some time in J&K, and the agency’s sleuths have searched till now houses and offices of several well-known persons.
Last time, ex-advisor to LG Manoj Sinha, Baseer Khan’s house was also raided by NIA in Srinagar. (KNB)
