Srinagar 07 September (KNB): India has reported 31,222 new cases of Covid19 and 290 covid fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,22,24,937 covid patients have recovered so far in the country and 42,942 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 3,92,864, which constitutes 1.19 percent of total cases in India,” said the Health Ministry.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 2.05 percent, less than 3 percent for the last 8 days. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 2.56 percent, which is less than 3% for the last 74 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 69.90 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and more than 1.13 crore vaccine doses administered in the last 24 hours.
However, 53.31 cr Total Tests conducted so far, it added. (KNB)
