Srinagar 01 September (KNB): Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, Vijay Kumar on Wednesday said that the news regarding the missing of 60 youth from different parts of Valley after Taliban takeover of Afghanistan is fake.
IGP-K rebutted the news circulated on social media regarding the 60 youth missing from Kashmir after Taliban takeover of Afghanistan as fake news, said Kashmir Zone Police.
The tweet from police, quoting IGP-K, reads that “some social media platforms are running that 60 youth have gone missing from different parts of the Kashmir Valley amid the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. This is totally fake news.” (KNB)
