Srinagar 01 June (KNB): A fire broke out in a three storey residential house in Srinagar’s Kursu Rajbagh on Tuesday.
As per the locals of the area, the fire started in the three storey building in the afternoon, which prompted the locals of the area to call the fire station.
Later on the fire tenders reached the spot of incident to douse the flames. The eyewitnesses told to Kashmir News Bureau that the firefighters were engaged in controlling the fire amid a downpour of rain.
However, the cause behind the fire could not be ascertained immediately after the putting out of the fire, the officials said.
Till filing of this report no one was reported to be injured in the incident, but the property suffered a considerable damage. (KNB)
