Srinagar 9 April (KNB): “For a year I did my best to dodge this damn virus but it’s finally caught up with me,” said former Chief Minister of J&K Omar Abdullah on Friday afternoon after testing positive for the Covid19
Omar came positive for Covid19 after his father was tested the same recently and was later admitted in SKIMS, Soura for his medical care.
However, on Friday Omar Abdullah tweeted “For a year I did my best to dodge this damn virus but it’s finally caught up with me. I tested positive for Covid19 this afternoon. I’m completely asymptotic.”
He further said he has now self isolated himself and is monitoring his oxygen level. “Based on medical advice I’m self-isolating at home & monitoring my parameters like oxygen saturation levels etc,” he added in his tweet. (KNB)
